As well as working in many acclaimed restaurants around the world, Adamello spent a season on the legendary Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, after which he came to the Cipriani to be Restaurant Manager of Cip's and Porticciolo Restaurants.
His 10 happy years here so far have included some great moments. He recalls the actor Donald Sutherland entering the Cip’s kitchen with a camera to see how to prepare Risotto with Red Radicchio. But most special of all was one night at Cip’s when Sir Paul McCartney sang “The Long and Winding Road” just for him. A memory of a lifetime.
