The Gabbiano Bar
A brand-new bar awaits Cipriani guests: the most famous meeting point in Venice has been renovated in grand style. Facing the spectacular pool, the Gabbiano Bar is fast becoming the landmark of the Hotel Cipriani, the gathering spot for both guests and Venetians, a place to see and be seen. Enjoy an apéritif before dinner, served by our head barman Walter Bolzanella, or an after-dinner drink mingling with the beau monde in the romantic Piano Bar.
Open 10:30am-7pm & 10pm-1am (serving light snacks until 11:30pm).
Fortuny Bar
Located near the Fortuny Restaurant in the main building, the Fortuny Bar overlooks the Cipriani’s enchanting gardens and the tranquil lagoon.
Here our skilful barmen mix delicious seasonal fruit-based cocktails and long drinks (Bellini, Tiziano, Roger, Mimosa) or prepare your own choice of beverage. A resident pianist plays in the early evening.

Pool Bar
Between dips, what could be better than a refreshing cocktail as you pause to soak up the spectacular views? Open from spring to autumn, the Pool Bar serves a tempting selection of drinks on the patio or by the swimming pool.
Open noon-4pm.
