Giampaolo Ottazzi is the General Manager at Hotel Cipriani, supervising a busy brigade of professionals and ensuring the hotel continues to blaze a trail with its standards of excellence.

He previously worked at the famous Hotel Caruso, in Ravello, and was involved in its relaunch as an Orient-Express hotel, a jewel on the Amalfi Coast.
