A relative newcomer to the team, Giuseppe is responsible for all the restaurants and bars around the hotel.

His career in the hospitality industry spans experiences all over Europe and Italy, culminating in Venice, where he presides over two of the world’s most magical restaurants.

Commitment to service and customers is his motto, and he likes to think of a restaurant as a theatre, with his team enacting various roles. He plays the part of director, making sure the level of performance is consistently excellent.
