Laura grew up in Trieste and travelled around the world before gaining a master's degree in tourism management and working as public relations manager at the Hotel Splendido, in Portofino.

Now based at the Hotel Cipriani, she handles all journalists’ enquiries and organises press trips.
She is passionate about Italian culture and says what she most enjoys about her work is helping every guest to realise their Venetian dream.
