Mauro joined Hotel Cipriani after working for many years at Hotel Splendido, Portofino, and is now the Front Desk Manager, looking after the busy reception desk.
Since arriving in Venice he has fallen in love with its outstanding views and colours, not to mention the delicious Venetian cuisine that can be savoured in many of the city’s restaurants.
Most of all, Mauro loves seeing guests happy. He says his greatest job satisfaction comes when he escorts them to their rooms and they announce that they never want to leave Venice.
