Walter loves treating customers as if they’re guests in his own living room, surprising them with little touches, remembering their tastes and creating the right atmosphere for each occasion. His Bellinis, prepared with fresh peaches, are legendary, and he’s a master of both classic cocktails and new innovations.
His most famous cocktail is, without doubt, the “Buona Notte” after-dinner tipple that George Clooney asked him to prepare during the Film Festival, which has since won many fans among our guests.
